Picture the scene you/your guest arrive in Cyprus, 3am in the morning and the keys to you property have gone missing or perhaps the previous guests hadn’t left them where they were supposed to!

For peace of mind, we will hold two sets of keys in a secure safe for a nominal fee each month. When you/your guests have a requirement for them, we will rush the keys out to your home in Cyprus anytime night or day (Extra charge applies).

If for any reason a guest forgets to return one set, we can arrange to notify you that we are down to your last set and you can make arrangements for their return.

Let CYProperty visit on a regular basis and check up on your property. We will check a wide range of items as per your requirements and report back on our findings.

We can also then source local professionals to undertake any maintenance required.

We purchased our Cyprus property “off-plan”. We saw it at foundation level and the developer “promised” regular photos, which never actually arrived.  You will soon realize that the most important thing on an off plan, new build property is to see it’s progress!

We offer two types of service, a regular supply of professionally taken photos every month and also a bespoke service which is normally used when you have to release stage payments as a visual indication that works have been carried out to your specifications
 

All photos are uploaded to our password protected gallery site and can be viewed, emailed and download whenever you want.  We can also supply separate user names and passwords for family, friends and perhaps legal representatives to view the progress at no extra charge.

At the end of the build we will master a CD with all your photos on it as a permanent keepsake of it’s birth!

Our photo service fees are:-

20 photos per month £30
40 photos per month £45
Bespoke service approx. £45 per hour.
