Property Details: The entire project comprises of an area of more than 1,500,000 m2. The design and planning of the golf course serves as the main component, from which the other facilities of the project will evolve. An important part of the success of this project revolves around careful planning and infrastructure aimed at attracting international golfers and investors. The international quality 18-hole par 71 golf course, measuring 5,560 metres / 6,080 yards together with its supplementary buildings, covers over 597,000 m2 in surface area. The course, designed by leading golf course architects European Golf Design, will be built to international standards and will provide an enjoyable challenge to all levels of golfers. The project will also boast Cyprus’ only PGA branded facility at the PGA National Golf Academy® which will provide state of the art technologies and class leading instruction and practice facilities to help develop golf and golfers in Cyprus. Both the golf course and the PGA National Golf Academy® will be managed by PGA Golf Management Ltd. The landscape within the project is complimented by attractive water features, lakes, lagoons and meandering streams, serving a dual purpose, namely irrigation storage and most significantly attributing to the aesthetic value of the environment. In addition to the golf course and the PGA National Golf Academy®, the clubhouse, spa and banqueting & conference facilities are also main features of the project. The elevated clubhouse, to be situated on the west side of the development, will offer magnificent views of the golf course and Mediterranean Sea. Access to the hub of the development will be via a roundabout linked to the main road that connects the old road of Larnaka-Limassol with the Tersefanou area. This hub will be transformed into a traditional Cypriot village square complimented by a lively mix of shops, leisure facilities, restaurants, mini markets, kiosks, a bakery and other retail units. The project’s head offices will also be located within the square. The project will include approximately 300 plots for villas and 250 units in an organised, easily accessible residential development, strategically positioned around the golf course, and limited to only 8% of the entire project area in development.
